Tuition and Fees Payment
Tuition and fee payment arrangements should be made at the time of registration. Checks or money orders (made payable to Ocean County College), cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Reduced Tuition for Credit Courses for Seniors
Ocean County residents 65 years of age or more may enroll in credit courses on a space-available basis at a reduced rate.

Tuition Payment Plans
Ocean County College offers a payment plan that divides the tuition and fee payments into equal installments, after pending financial aid and scholarships are considered and the initial deposit. Enroll in an affordable Payment Plan today!

Sign up to receive your student refund electronically. Simply provide your bank account information, and we’ll deposit funds directly into your account.

Residency Definitions
Ocean County Residents
Any person with a permanent Ocean County Address is an Ocean County resident. Proof of residency is a valid New Jersey Voter Registration card, a Motor Vehicle Registration, a driver’s license, or a County ID card. Ocean County College admissions priority is given to Ocean County residents. (Armed Forces personnel and their dependents stationed in Ocean County are considered Ocean County residents.)
Out-of-County Resident
A resident of a New Jersey county other than Ocean County.
Out-of-Country Resident
A person in the United States who is not of permanent residence, with non-immigrant status as defined by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. Persons in this category may need to file an I-20 student visa form.
